This application is used for capturing incoming customer calls and connecting to their respective agents. This helps the customer to know the number of callers called and connected to which agent Customer can also use click to call and connect back to missed called customers.

Reports summary are made available to management for analysis. CRM integration and Whatsapp integration is also available.
