The current suite of tools available include:
1. Trusted Recommendations: Recommendations feature makes it possible to explore new places and hidden gems loved by your friends and trusted circle. These can be shared within your own vybit network as a ‘digital word of mouth’, or simply kept as a personal log for a jog down the memory lane in future. You can also Support your local businesses by promoting the many things you like about them.
2. VybitLive: VybitLive includes four main features to make visits to local bars and restaurants more enjoyable.
- Busy-o-meter: Busy-o-meter does exactly what it says on the tin. It provides a live snapshot of the number of people in a venue. Thanks to regular updates by the businesses, you can see how many free tables are available and current waiting times, from the comforts of your living room. You can check ahead to avoid busy periods and overcrowding.
If you are a business, then you can use the app to provide Live updates about your venue through the admin page.
- Watch List: You can add a business to your Watch list and be notified as soon as tables become available within the following two-hour period.
As a businesses, you can see the number of people who’ve added you to their watchlist and plan ahead of before their actual visit.
- Virtual Queue: If you are within 1 mile of a venue you can join its virtual queue. You can make better use of your time than waiting in a physical queue, especially when the weather is not that great. You’ll get the time you need to be at the doors in a notification.
And the businesses get an overview of the number of people who are in their virtual queue at any given time. For those busy periods, you can ask the customers to show their virtual queue notification when they are the doors.
- Quiet Hours Notifications: You can add businesses to your favourites and be the first to hear of any Live offers that they post.
Businesses can add their offers during non-busy hours to drive more footfall, when they would normally not have much business.
