V-Connect - a product of the V-ZUG Service for caretakers.
With V-Connect, caretakers digitally report a fault on a V-ZUG AG household appliance to V-ZUG Service and book a binding on-site appointment with our V-ZUG Service. The relevant data is read out using the V-Connect button and the V-Connect app.

You can report the fault digitally using the V-Connect app and you can book an on-site appointment with our V-ZUG service.
Reading out operating data
The V-Connect app shows you the operating data "operating hours" and "batch number" as well as the date on which the household appliance was commissioned.
How does V-Connect work?
V-Connect reads data from the household appliance, shows it to you in the app and also transmits it to the V-ZUG service. This data enables conclusions to be drawn about sources of error and supports the service technician in preparing and carrying out the service work. The digital appointment arrangement enables you to make a binding booking of an on-site visit by our V-ZUG service.
A V-Connect button is required for data exchange between the smartphone and the electronics of the household appliance. This button must be attached to the infrared interface of the household appliance. Communication between smartphone and button works wirelessly via a Bluetooth connection.
Note
The functional scope of V-Connect is currently only available to administrations and their caretakers supported by V-ZUG Service. Use of the app requires a login approved by V-ZUG and the V-Connect button.
