According to the government agency, the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), the definition of archives is all papers, files, manuscripts, photographs, films, micro films, sound recordings, map images, charts or other documents in all kinds of forms and characteristics or copies and with all the manner in which it is created, and which is produced or received by an agency, as evidence of the organization's objectives, policy functions. So that the archive is a process starting from the creation, receipt, collection, arrangement, control, maintenance and care and storage of data and information according to a particular system. Based on this, we need to develop a Mail Filing Information System (SI PANGARSA) in Girimarto District. Of course, this still needs a lot of improvement, but as a joint commitment to build Wonogiri and improve the quality of public services in Girimarto District.
