Fit Me SV is a boutique pilates mat studio born out of a passion for Pilates and Lagree, and a desire to bring a unique fitness experience to the iconic Sun Valley, Idaho.
Our dedicated team spent time studying various Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Spin, and Lagree practices, identifying those special places that left a lasting impression. Armed with this knowledge, we set out to create Fit Me SV, a studio that blends the best elements of our favorite workout classes into one, cohesive experience. Our mission is to provide Sun Valley with a fitness sanctuary that not only delivers effective workouts and toned bodies, but also cultivates a warm and inspiring community.
