Star Service is an on-site task execution tool that provides standard execution SOP and SLA reminders for the installation, operation, and maintenance of new energy equipment under the brand of "Star Charge". It provides intelligent service management of the whole process of installation, operation, and maintenance.
Dynamic configuration of “Task Content” and “Standard duration” is supported to provide the following items for different customers and service objects:
1. Multi-type work ticket standardized processing process, more efficient operation;
2. Professional guidance for task execution, easier to learn;
3. Spare parts materials stored to backpack, more accurate management;
4. Online settlement supported, transaction clearer.
5.Core function: WiFi configuration for charging stations
The application will obtain access to all files such as zip.bin on the phone to upgrade the firmware of the charging station, as well as download the relevant zip files from the charging station and place them in the phone folder
Provide intelligent operation and maintenance services for Star Charge and roaming devices, support to query operating data and log data, and implement firmware upgrade, configuration deliver and debug through Bluetooth/mobile network.
Spare parts adopt enterprise - warehouse - position management mode, support enterprise/individual multi-level spare parts management. It can realize the backpack material spare parts automatically occupying and releasing the warehouse position, and realize spare parts service at low-cost, through report analysis.
Conduct intelligent management of the whole process of installation, operation, and maintenance of new energy equipment, assist engineers in quick response and execution guidance, improve problem solving efficiency, and provide professional and efficient service ability.
