For the second time, Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange, which was re-established with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 30 March 1936 and 2/4276, became operational within the same year. According to the first establishment date, Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange is the 10th of the exchanges established in our country, and the 19th is the second according to the establishment date.

Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange, since the establishment date until 1958 with the Uzunköprü Chamber of Commerce and Industry, still served in the building where the Chamber of Commerce and Industry has served. This building, which was not able to take the capacity of both organizations, was left to the Chamber of Commerce and in 1958, Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange opened a new service building at the beginning of the Historical Uzunköprü. This building, which has offices, meeting rooms, sales hall, warehouse and weighing place, is the most central point of the district, met all the requirements of Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange.

Uzunköprü Mercantile Exchange and the third current service building, outside the city, Zahireci with the distinction of being designed and built in the site is a first in Turkey. The Stock Exchange building, which has a total closed area of ​​1.297 square meters, has been opened to service on September 20, 1990. Today Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange is a professional organization established under the Law No. 5174. The purpose of the Commodity Exchange Act 5174, Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Maritime Trade Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), to regulate the principles for the establishment and operation. Within the framework of this law, traders are required to be registered in the relevant chambers and / or exchanges. The organizational structure of Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange is determined by the Law No. 5174. UZTB consists of two main administrative structures, one by election and one by appointment.
