With the EMA Salud App, EMA Salud affiliates can manage access to health services from their cell phone, obtaining authorizations for scheduled medical studies simply and quickly, wherever they are.
The application has a menu with 2 sections:
• Authorization Requests: allows requesting the authorization of medical studies and other health practices, for scheduled performance (non-emergencies), for any beneficiary of the family group, by sending images of the medical orders and clinical histories, either taken from the camera of the cell phone, or selected from the gallery of images of the same.
• Provider list: allows a quick and intuitive search for providers, by name, specialty and type (scheduled or emergency care on call), according to a selected area.
