Pension tab - In existing fields you enter location data, such as name and address, so that you identify. How many "pensions" can be input you want. As the Pension tab functions as a "group rooms", there is a field that sum the total value of leases that pension.
Tenant tab - Here you will put all the data from your tenant / client, such as Social Security number, references, his picture, the date, payment date and amount of rent. You also marks the status of your tenant to Active or Inactive. Becape - Lost your phone? Needed format? Do not worry, ApPensão data will be safe if you use the function Becape. Access the area Becape, Owner data. There, create a user, enter your e-mail and set a password. Then click Send File. If you lose it, just download the ApPensão again and rescue the file!
Payment Notification - the ApPensão really want you to do a lot of business and have multiple tenants / clients occupying their accommodation. So do not worry about dates: when day of receiving payment, the ApPensão sends an automatic notification reminding you!
