The joint congress of the DGMP and the DGMS will take place from 20-22. September 2023 in Giessen. “Changing times: changing living environments” is the theme of the congress, which, given current global political developments, should reflect the feelings of many people. The focus of our interest is the question of the further development of medical psychology and medical sociology against this background, and more specifically, of course, against the background of the upcoming innovations in medical studies, in particular the upcoming introduction of the new national competency-based learning objectives catalog in medicine.
