FOR THE CUSTOMERS :
Whether you are an individual or a professional, our service allows you to find a reliable, quality household service provider, close to you (home or workplace). You can choose the ideal service provider based on its services, availability or on the advice of other customers. Together, you define the date and time of the service.
Once the service has been booked by the client, the cleaning professional confirms his availability. The chosen slot is then reserved for this service. When the day comes, the professional goes to the customer and performs the planned service (cleaning, ironing, dishes ...).
After the intervention with the customer, the latter is billed the corresponding amount by eCleaner on behalf of the provider. The amount is defined when booking the service. This amount is based on the hourly rate set by the service provider, to which the platform's commission is added.
At the same time, the professional receives the payment corresponding to the service directly on his account. We guarantee a secure payment system.
FOR PROFESSIONALS :
Our platform is open to all professionals in the cleaning sector: micro-entrepreneurs, personal service agencies and cleaning companies. The platform was designed in collaboration with industry professionals. To register, provide the documents that will be requested: identity card, insurance, RIB, K-BIS ... As cleaning professionals, you can configure your calendar, define your working hours, indicate the days '' unavailability (holidays, vacations, ...), choose your own hourly rate, register your employees (for agencies and companies). The amount of the service is paid to you a few days after your service (at least 7 days after the customer has paid).
