Had to re-enter my information multiple times. My 3rd payment is considered late, fue to I called in to make payment on Friday, when it would come out on Sunday. I wanted to be always on time. They sent it to clearinghouse and it was pulled from savings, when it should have been checking. I am so upset. Now I back trying to fix their funds. I WILL NEVER SPEAK TO YOUR CSRs THAT CAN NOT SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH, OR DO NOT UNDERSTAND ME. . Yo hablar en es Spanish.
