For staff
- Used in activity management Or can see the total amount of participants at each time
- Used to recruit volunteers to protect the sea
- Used to register to participate in activities of volunteer members to protect the sea. There are 2 ways.
   o In the case of an identification card Use the card plugged into the card reader provided by the NTC staff. In front of the event location
   o In case of not bringing ID card Can register with a 13-digit personal identification number or the Volunteer Protection Marine Card (ATS.), Which officials will read the details from the QR Code on the back of the card.
