This app is only possible in conjunction with an access to the merchandise management system WKS and the associated ticket module.
This app allows the recording of working hours and their documentation. In addition, messages can be sent to a dispatcher to inform the head office directly about the current workflow.
At the time of completion of work, a signature is obtained from the customer and the last technician on the screen, and this signed report will be sent to the customer's specified mail address at the same time.
