With the treasures that you find, you can decorate your Roman museum! On the interactive map you can see where the treasures for your museum are “buried”.
This app is part of the Romans project "Luxury behind the Limes" of the municipalities of Wijchen, Nijmegen and Heumen. The Romans have
played an important role in the Rijk van Nijmegen for the economic and urban development that is distinctive for the Netherlands.
Behind the Roman border, the limes, Nijmegen and the surrounding area became the economic center of the Netherlands at the time of the Romans. Unfortunately, there are few Roman remains left here above ground. That is why the three municipalities work together to depict Roman history through physical and digital visualisations. This makes their inhabitants and visitors aware of this unique history.
