YouTube's Mr. Beast posted every day for years to build his YouTube channel. Jerry Seinfeld (the famous standup comedian) started his career by hanging a calendar on his wall and uses a big red pen to cross off each day. He had one rule - NEVER BREAK THE CHAIN.

Daily practice works! We all know this, but it's not so easy.

Vague plans like "go to the gym 2x a week" are demotivating. They have no end. People start challenges like this with high hopes, but a few weeks in they realize they've signed up for an eternity of hard work -- not fun.

Goal based plans need daily work to bring them to reality. People want to "become a programmer" or "build an audience" but they don't have a way to start making daily progress... so their goals remain as dreams.

30 day challenges are a great tool for pursuing your goals. They have a clear goal (do this thing for 30 days) and they focus on making manageable incremental progress.

To do a 30 day challenge pick something you'd like to practice. It can be related to any aspect of life - fitness, work, personal, community etc..

Here are some examples ~

Fitness
* Go to the gym
* Go on a morning walk
* Level up your fitness know-how - spend 15 minutes studying anatomy

Work
* Level up your social media marketing ~ regularly post to IG
* Build your team ~ spend an hour on recruiting

Personal
* Strengthen your relationships ~ schedule something social
* Ditch your bad habits ~ avoid the news or social media

To do the challenge, pick specific days of the week when you'll show up then show up. Your goal is progress not perfection. If you can keep showing up you'll eventually complete the challenge! You rock!
