The meatballs are traditionally made by Slagerij De Wit in Amsterdam. Butcher De Wit has been a household name in Watergraafsmeer for over 35 years and is one of the few self-slaughtering butchers in Amsterdam.
A product that is always possible. On a sandwich, over the pasta, but also just like that with a glass of wine, a good glass of beer or Gin Tonic. Order it classic with mayonnaise, mustard and pickles, or with a special topping. Think of Saté, Stroganoff or Teriyaki.
We also serve the meatballs with handmade pasta, tomato sauce, parmesan and basil.
