POOR customer service on the app online chat option - near on 24hrs no response after trying to initiate. "typically responds in 2 hours".... nope, not even close... automated response tried closing the conversation without rectifying anything.

terrible i was logged out and i was never able to log back in and no one wanted to help everything was made so much harder and i was stuck with no data for weeks and to fix the situation i was forced to get a new sim card and fully restart from scratch on my phone 1/5 stars
