1. Set Worker Commute Areas
- You can restrict part-time workers to only clock in and out within your chosen area (Wi-Fi or GPS).
- Set Wi-Fi and GPS settings can be easily changed, and can be turned on and off even outside the store.
2. Unit-based hourly wage calculation and automatic on-the-hour alignment
- You can set hourly wage calculations for the day's work hours in 1-minute, 10-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute increments. The automatic on-the-hour alignment feature also allows for on-the-hour recording.
(For example, arriving at 9:45 AM > recording arriving at 10:00 AM, leaving at 3:14 PM > recording leaving at 3:00 PM.)
3. Push notifications sent simultaneously with part-timer check-in/out
- Push notifications are sent to store owners when part-timers arrive/leave designated areas, allowing them to monitor their work schedules in real time even when they're not in the store.
4. Automatic calculation of weekly holiday pay, night shift pay, and overtime pay
- Weekly holiday pay is not calculated for weeks with absences, and is limited to a maximum of 40 hours per week. (Third-party apps calculate holiday pay for hours exceeding 40, resulting in excessive labor costs.)
5. Break Time Setting and Unpaid Calculation
- You can set up to 4 hours of break time per day. Break time is unpaid and you can set the applicable days.
(If break time is not applied on weekends, break time can only be set from Monday to Friday.)
6. Choose whether to disclose total hourly wages to part-time workers
- Part-time workers can check their exact total hourly wage in real time upon leaving work.
- You can choose whether to share the total with part-time workers.
