5 years ago we started receiving signals from near Gliese 581 in the constellation of Libra. What we discovered next amazed us. There was a pattern in the signal. We have painstakingly decoded some of the patterns and discovered that there where algorithms contained. We don't entirely understand them yet but have found out that they can be used to predict outcomes. This is the first app that uses these algorithms.
