To get started:
* Download the app either to your mobile or tablet.
* Approve the app to access video, speakers and notices

In order to then be able to log in to the app you need Mobile BankID
In the app you then get a number of choices where you have the opportunity to book a time for, for example, video visits.
You may need to answer a few questions before the visit and depending on whether you have high-cost protection or do not pay with your credit card, otherwise the visit is free.

When booking a digital visit with us, you will receive a note on this in your phone
Then you can log in to the app and see when the visit is planned.

At the time of the meeting we will call you, you do not have to sit and wait in the app.
