"Hundred Family Surnames" is a Mongolian literacy book on Chinese surnames. It uses four-character rhyme sentences to arrange different surnames, and the sentences rhyme. There are 504 surnames in the whole article, accounting for one-sixth of the 3,000 surnames that are still in use today, but they already contain the surnames of most of the population and are highly representative.
