Las calificaciones que hacen los clientes afectan directamente a la tienda en casos donde el repartidor no tiene cuidado al entregar el pedido al cliente. Estas calificaciones se toman en cuenta para tu evaluación como tienda. Puedes tener la mejor calidad en tus productos, los mejores estándares en tu empaque para entrega, pero si el repartidor daña el empaque/producto, el cliente puede calificare a ti como tienda por ese daño y la plataforma no hace nada al respecto. Ojo con eso.
