Pure Barre is a wonderful exercise place! Your muscles are strengthened and then stretched, it helps your balance, challenges you, it strengthens your core, and having others around is motivating. I didn't work out consistently before, and now I've done over 1,500 classes. Many come to heal from injuries because it's easy on the joints, and there are modifications. This is my long-term health care plan to avoid as many doctors as I can in the future.
