This application has been developed to address the grievances faced by the farmers at the paddy procurement station, and the special feature of this application is that when the farmer registers the grievances from the paddy procurement station, the details of the paddy procurement station will be displayed to the farmer with the help of the geo location on the mobile phone. Evidence, if any, can be uploaded as a photo, video, voice message, text message or document.
