About 가치 투자 - 기업의 재무재표로 주가 평가

The financial statements of companies listed on KOSPI and KOSDAQ are analyzed using RIM (Residual Income Model), and the company's stock price is evaluated through the company's equity capital and ROE (return on equity).

RIM is a method of calculating the value of the current company by adding the present value of the future residual profit to the company's equity capital. Residual income is the value of net income minus the opportunity cost of equity capital, and theoretically, it is a good way to express the additional benefits generated by equity capital, but there is annoyance of having to directly view and calculate the financial statements of all companies.

Value Investing contains information on the financial statements of most of the currently listed companies, and uses it to calculate the company's value based on the company's expected ROE.

ROE is determined by reflecting expert opinions or trends over three years, and users can forecast the stock price by adjusting it according to the situation or prospect of the company.

You can forecast the fair value of a company, compare it with the current stock price, and check whether it is undervalued or overvalued.

All information is disclosed by the company in the electronic disclosure system, and if the disclosure content is changed, the data and the evaluation of the stock price are also changed.
