RefreshRate(Screen Refresh Rat

Popup the device's current RefreshRate
-App that shows the current refresh rate
-Over 120 is displayed in Blue, over 90 is displayed in Green, and over 60 is displayed in Red.
-Pop-up is maintained on home key after start
-Pop-up is also closed when the app is closed
