The Bali Dwipahara Foundation was established on June 29, 2006 in Bangli, Bali Indonesia based on notary time number 70 and the decision of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia number C-1896.HT.01.02 of 2006 dated August 30, 2006.

With the creation of the MoU between Indonesia and Japan we became the first private institution in Bali to send apprentices to Japan. The 3 in 1 policy (Training, Certification, Placement) as one of the Bali Provincial Manpower Services programs, we, Dwipahara Bali Foundation, wish to invite young people to join together to learn about Japanese culture and language, which of course all our graduate students have the opportunity to take part in apprenticeship programs to Japan which we routinely do since 2006.
