unreliable customer service. my parking's door has been broken for 2 weeks nullifying any pretence at security and yespark hasn't done anything about it

NEVER USE THIS APP!!!!! worst app ever. it didn't say that the parking lots are first come first serve. i couldn't call anyone because there phone number is broken and when i tried to see what the app would say it there is a problem and it just said "sorry for the inconvenience but there are no spots left". when i canceled my parking i didn't get a refund.
