The history of Evpatoria counts more than 25 centuries. During this time the city changed its name three times: in ancient times there was Greek Kerkinitida on this place, in the Middle Ages Crimean khans organized here the settlement Gozlev. For Soviet citizens it has always been the main children's resort. Cozy seaside town has retained this status - there are still dozens of sanatoriums and children's camps. Today it is considered one of the best in the former Soviet Union balneological resorts and places of family recreation. Every year thousands of tourists of various ages come here to gain strength and improve their health.
