The book "Flashes from the Holocaust" includes 38 short stories based on real events that happened during the Holocaust to the author of the book, his friends and his family. Most of the stories describe the author's experiences as a small boy who survived the Holocaust, hidden by his Christian nanny, in her home. The author Yoav Nussbaum is a Holocaust survivor, currently lives with his family in Israel, wrote his book based on his memories and the wonderful imagination that developed during his stay in hiding in Poland, in her home of the Christian nanny, when his parents and family were destroyed and he survived alone.

The book Flashes of the Shoah describes the Holocaust period in a different and special way by mixing imagination and reality, real and fictional events, a parallel world to reality and a new approach to the story about the Holocaust and its survivors, the story of the Holocaust and heroism from another side that has never been published. This is the first prose book by the author Yoav Nussbaum to be published for the first time in the Hebrew Android version.
