About Gotas de Paz
Drops of Peace is a project of Catholic evangelization through the mass media, led by the Capuchin Franciscan Friars of Paraguay and a team of lay faithful.
It starts on May 2, 1999, when for the first time the gospel message is transmitted on a radio show live from Asunción. Interestingly, the same day of beatification of Santo Capuchino, Padre Pio of Pietrelchina.
"Drops of Peace" promulgates the Gospel message through radio, television, and Internet e-mail and website and print media through books and publications in newspapers and other modes. Other means of evangelization Drops Peace Project are retreats, lectures and conferences for knowledge and spiritual growth. Thus drops Paz is qualified by the use of modern technologies in the Catholic evangelization.
