Conduct self-assessments regularly and track your progress in charts that show how far you are from reaching the coveted balance.

ATTENTION: This app is under development. Here are some features that may still be included:

- Setting up regular reminders to carry out a new self-assessment. You will be able to choose how often you will be reminded.
- You will be able to write down the actions you plan to take to improve your next assessment.
- You will be able to keep your assessments confidential using a login and password, besides keeping them saved in the cloud.
