If Client, search through Talkers and book a meeting that is available as shown in the UI. For Talkers, a good profile and topic tags allow clients to easily find you and book a meeting.
Easy Payments
Stripe-integrated payments with credit card to pay for the call and, if a Talker, payout directly to your bank
