PrintServ is an application that allows the user to issue service orders to their customers in a simple way, aimed at freelancers and / or freelancers, professionals who work in the home office and who work in the service area.
No more blocks and beads taking up space in your office. PrintServ generates work orders in pdf with photo or logo that the user inserts, with signature fields for the customer, ready for you to print or send to the customer with the data of the service provided by you.
You don't need internet to use the app. It does everything offline and the data is stored locally on your smartphone.
To create a new service order you must first have registered the data of a customer for whom you are going to do the service and the services you do. Thus, you will have a database ready to use within the application itself without the need for external spreadsheets. Just fill out the forms dedicated to registering customers and services and register.
When generating a new work order, you can control its situation through the main screen of the app, being able to change it to canceled or completed. It is also possible to disable and exclude customers from your database.
The pdf of the generated document is saved inside the 'Documents' folder on your smartphone's internal storage or on the SD card if any.
