I paid $15.38 on Dec first. my kids want to learn but its continuing to tell me I need to start a free trial or pay the subscription fee that I already paid. not happy!! I am not paying twice. I cant seem to get anyone to help me resolve this and if indont hear something back in a timely manor I will be forced to file charge back for the fraud charges related to this as we cannot access the services I've paid for. I really loved this during the free trial but we cannot use it anymore.

Cant use! Trying to sign in on my daughter's tablet, even using the email I used on here and its still not working!!! ETA: I was able to finally get the restore to work but everytime I try to sign in to make an account so it'll save, even with the same email, it asks me to pay again!!
