With the ZELADORIA Application, the City Hall of Registry makes available to the citizen a modern communication tool that allows a closer relationship with the Municipal Administration and favors the active participation of citizens in various aspects of public life.
With this, the Public Administration can reach new standards to face the challenges of city management, promote digital public services that expand social participation in construction and monitor public policies, through new technologies.
The ZELADORIA application works on three fronts:
• Citizen Participation
• Improved internal management
• Integration between government departments
The SIM Participatory Urban Zeladoria platform aligns the Digital Governance Strategy with the guidelines of the Municipal Electronic Government Policy. This tool allows public services to be managed more efficiently and jointly.
With the application ZELADORIA the citizen participates in the janitorial of the municipality, maps demands and monitors the execution of services of the City Hall.
