IMC is a mobile application developed for internal employees of the dairy company. It is designed to automate and manage the entire process of collecting milk from local suppliers. The app allows milk collectors to register purchases on-site and ensures accurate tracking of quantity and supplier information. Once delivered, the received milk is automatically recorded and verified at the factory through the app, helping ensure traceability, accuracy, and end-to-end process efficiency.
