Essex Lifestyles Stop Smoking app is available to all residents of Essex (excluding Thurrock and Southend) it includes free access to the expertise and support of a named, qualified stop-smoking advisor.
Many people try to quit without any help and aren’t sure of what support will work best for them. Developed by the Essex Lifestyles Service the App takes you through a twelve week plan combined with the support of a personal advisor from our expert team. Once registered with us, you will be required to complete an initial telephone consultation with a member of our team after which you will be able to access the full features of the App including:
Build your personal profile, set personal goals and track your progress.
Fortnightly contact with an advisor either by telephone, text or e-mail, whichever option suits you best.
Fortnightly prescriptions for your chosen Stop Smoking medication (these will only be issued following contact with our advisor).
Access to age group profiles, smoking facts and other tools that will help make you quit attempt a success.
