Echo goes beyond the concept of the technical portal because it allows an exchange between SIPA and the Customer. The internal areas of the ecosystem are customized according to the user profile, shaped on the fields of interest, on the type of SIPA technology installed, on the type of product processed. In this way, the ecosystem creates a direct line with the customer and talks to him through a single communication channel, where the operational business processes become smart, intelligent and available with a click.
