Our company was founded in September 2003 thanks to the initiative of the brothers Nicola and Antonio Albanese, who represent the second generation of entrepreneurs in the construction field. The operational staff has several members, including surveyors, employees and workers, as well as collaborating with 50 external figures, such as consultants, engineers, architects, technical directors and subcontractors. Our presence extends across various regions of Italy, with a particular focus on Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Marche and Campania. Furthermore, the company also deals with property management of properties, including rental units.
