It is an application for the interaction of the Municipality of Neviano with citizens to promote digital culture using digital tools and offer services to the community.
The Municipality of Neviano will be able to communicate directly and immediately with citizens and inform users with news and events in a simple and fast way on news concerning the municipality. It will be possible to notify citizens directly from the screen of their smartphone about ordinances or emergencies or any other communication in a more capillary way than the simple paper manifesto.
In the App there are sections dedicated to the governing body, waste management, tourism, traders, civil protection and weather alerts… other new features can be activated as well as existing ones can be deactivated.
Promote events in your area: Communicate the events and shows that take place in your area throughout the year, especially during the holiday seasons, by sponsoring the event on social networks. One of the good practices of the Public Administration is the promotion of the resources present in the interested area: events, meetings, conferences, training and debates.
Waste Management, Calendar and Collection: an excellent section to remember the collection days for separate collection, it is a very simple but really very useful section. It will help the citizen to respect separate waste collection, remembering the days of the various collections based on the type of waste. Other calendars will remember the days of disinfection, disinfestation and rodent control.
Civil Protection and Weather Alert Services: The bulletins and alert messages published daily on the Civil Protection portals can be included via RSS and can therefore be integrated within COMUNICAPP. The following may be published: Regional Criticality Bulletin for hydrogeological and hydraulic risk, issued daily by the regional Decentralized Functional Centre; National Meteorological Supervisory Bulletin, issued daily by the Central Functional Center of the Civil Protection Department; Alert messages possibly issued and published by the regional Civil Protection Service; Warnings and Alert Messages to the population possibly issued by the municipal Civil Protection Service.
The Citizen, sentinel of the territory: The application expects to collect reports from citizens (...on the street), thus representing a key tool in the new participation process. The sending of reports is geolocated by the application and is organized by topic. This way you can find out where you are doing well and where you can improve.
