The Pattern of Rivet Kumang Credit Union Policy, hereinafter referred to as CUKK POLJAK, is a model, procedure or regulation governing the rights and obligations of members as well as other provisions related to products and services in the operational activities of the Kelang Kumang Credit Union. The CUKK POLJAK is made by management and endorsed at an Annual Member Meeting (RAT). This policy is used for a year and will be updated as needed the following year through member approval.
