Not only the competition application enables easy sorting of photos from your trips. The application will be functional even after the end of the competition.
The principle of the "Traveller's Photo Diary" competition is for participants to travel around the Czech Republic and visit and photograph as many monuments as possible that are included in the project. The complete list of monuments and all detailed information is available on the website of the Association of Historic Cities or directly in the Travel Photo Diary application.
The winner will be the contestant who takes the most photos of the sights using the given application and thus earns the most points. The prize will be awarded for the first three places and the reward will be a voucher for accommodation in one of the member cities of the Association (1st place - a voucher worth CZK 10,000, 2nd place - CZK 7,000 and 3rd place CZK 5,000.). Regional winners will also be evaluated, i.e. prizes will also be awarded to those contestants who collect the most points in a given region.
The results will be announced as part of the National Opening of the European Heritage Days on September 9, 2023 in Poděbrady.
