This amazing mobile application, which can read ISICs, KachnaCards and probably other NFC oddities, was implemented as a replacement for Koty's HW readers, which gradually died of their own accord.
This application provides a webserver with a websocket at ws://0.0.0.0:8080, in time it will be possible to configure this setting. So far, this application can only make insecure connections, so it is necessary to have it built behind a reverse proxy (eg nginx).
