The application allows each user to obtain from open data a transparent overview of financial contributions for individual municipalities and cities, which they receive annually from the state as part of the state budget.
The most important functionalities:
● General views of the Czech Republic
A basic view of the contribution to the delegated competence for municipalities includes a macro view of the entire Czech Republic. The macro view shows the total amount of the contribution for the Czech Republic and the amounts for the special position for some municipalities.
● Summaries
Contributions can also be expressed using summaries of all municipalities in individual regions. For these summaries, information is also available on how many actions the municipalities of the entire region have done in a certain agenda.
● Municipalities
In the application, you can search for each municipality in the Czech Republic and view its specific contributions, including details. For performance payments, it is also possible to find out how many actions the municipality has done in a certain agenda.
● Development
For each municipality or collectively for all municipalities in the region, it is possible to view the development of the contribution for the last 5 years and also the development of the population for the last 5 years. Development for the next year is automatically predicted using simplex algorithms, which tend to be very accurate in the forecasts.
Note: The application is independent of the Internet connection, so it starts the necessary unpacking and indexing of state budget databases from compressed packages. This may take about 30-45 seconds (depending on the speed of your phone).
