CareTalk is an application for healthcare professionals - mostly doctors and nurses - that serves as an assistance, support or checklist (TO DO) in various communication situations with patients, patients' families, but also with colleagues in healthcare.
In each of the three parts (patient, patient's family and colleagues) of the application, there is a list of individual communication - in some demanding - situations into which the healthcare professional can potentially get. After clicking on each of them, the user will see a "recipe" for mastering it or the correct procedure - a list of things that should not be forgotten or, conversely, things that can cause negative reactions, ie communication errors that need to be avoided.
In each chapter there will also be an opportunity to read a study on a given topic for a deeper insight and in the future to watch an illustration (shot for this purpose) video. Each chapter contains examples of direct speech to help the user imagine the situation better.
The application is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use and to quickly find the necessary communication situations. Each "chapter" has a "content" (= TO DO in a given situation) at the beginning, which can be printed on a bulletin board or get a so-called printscreen and have the TO DO stored in pictures.
