Timor-Leste Government Result Transparency Portal (TL-GRTP) is a platform or app is to make the of government Plan & Budget more transparent and accessible to the public. This app is managed by National Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Agency (ANAPMA) under Prime Minister's Office. This is the initial stage and the effort will continue to include M&E component It provides up-to-date monitoring information about the progress of annual plan implementation, allowing citizens to monitor the government's performance. The aim of TL-RTP is to increase transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement in the government's decision-making process.
