ADAC ConnX

The ADAC ConnX app allows you to view and assess the damage by video call.

Note: The app can only be used with an invitation by ADAC Autoversicherung AG.

It's that easy:
1. To install the app you need a link from the ADAC via SMS or e-mail.
2. Please install the app before the agreed date for the video call.
3. The ADAC will send you a second link shortly before the start of the video call.
4. Click the second link to start the video call.
5. At the end of the damage inspection by video call the damage expert will discuss the further procedure with you.

ADAC ConnX provides you with the following options:
- HD audio
- screen sharing
- Take and save photos
- Mouse pointer in the picture
- Marks in the picture
- Pause the video call

The damage expert will not get access to any files on your device through the app. The app allows the damage expert to take and save photos during the video call.

Your data is safe with us and will be treated confidentially by our claims experts. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988 and 2003 and our Privacy Policy.
