ADAC Medical E-Health App: Fast access to telemedical treatment at home and abroad and to the pharmacy ordering service of your local pharmacy in Germany. With doctor search and symptom checker.

The ADAC Medical e-health app enables you to arrange consultations with German-speaking doctors by (video) phone* via our partner TeleClinic GmbH, regardless of your location - as a rule, you can even get this online doctor's or gp appointment within three hours. You can also use the AI-supported symptom checker, of our partner Infermedica.

Overview of features:
• Find & book a doctor: Book an online doctor's appointment for yourself and your family
• Online doctor appointments also in the evening and at weekends
• Access to the pharmacy service of our partner Ihre Apotheken GmbH & Co. KGaA: Check product availability and pre-order medication** - easily and conveniently from home.
• View medical documents such as (private) prescriptions, sick notes or treatment plans.

* Only those illnesses and symptoms are treated for which, according to generally recognised professional standards, no personal medical contact with the person to be treated is required

Access authorisations:
ADAC Basic, Plus or Premium membership or ADAC Auslandskrankenschutz (international health insurance) is required to access telemedicine and doctor searches via our partner TeleClinic via the ADAC Medical health app. Please note that an active German statutory or private health insurance is required to use TeleClinic's services. Furthermore, the Medical health app offers you the opportunity to make appointments with a doctor or gp in your area around the clock via our partner Doctolib GmbH - for you and your family. Finding & booking a doctor has never been easier!

No ADAC membership is required to use the pharmacy service with your pharmacies via the ADAC Medical App.

To access Doctolib appointment booking via the ADAC Medical health app, all you need to do is install the app. No membership is required. Via our partner Ihre Apotheken GmbH & Co. KGaA, you can access the pharmacy service, check product availability and pre-order medicines** - easily and conveniently from home.
** Prescription-free medication can simply be pre-ordered. To pre-order prescribed products, you must take a photo of the prescription and upload it to the app. Please bring the original prescription with you when you collect the prescribed product from the pharmacy.
